• AV Premium is a versatile, non-toxic, water-based airbrush paint, suitable for all surfaces, specially formulated for optimum adhesion on metals, fiberglass, polyethylene, Lexan polycarbonate, slot and radio control bodies.
• In some of these surfaces we recommend a base of Polyurethane Primer for best results.
• It is very flexible and resistant, allowing prolonged exposure to weathering without losing the intensity of its colors. They have been formulated using micronized and permanent pigments and a new hybrid acrylic-polyurethane resin. This formulation gives the paint excellent resistance to impact and cracking, as well as to direct exposure to heat.
• They remain unaffected by some fuel mixtures used in R/C (up to 35% nitro).
• The viscosity of the colors is fluid and self-leveling and they are very easy to apply.
• For airbrush use, they can be used directly from the bottle using a 0.3 mm nozzle and needle.
• Metallic colors may require dilution and for 0.2 mm airbrushes it is recommended to use thinner. Recommended compressor setting is 30-60 psi (2-4 bar).
