R&F Oil Pigment Stick 38ml

• Handmade oil pigment sticks.
• Formulated with linseed oil, high quality pure pigments and just enough wax to give it that elongated shape that allows the artist to paint directly on the surface.
• Unlike many other industrially produced oils, they contain no additives, extenders, substitutes or facilitators so as not to reduce the quality of the paint.
• They are labor intensive to manufacture and formulate and are made by hand in small batches.
• They are mixable with pine or linseed oil, alkyd mediums or resin gels, and can be thinned with turpentine or mineral spirits.
• They are excellent stand-alone tools for painting, but you can also use them with a palette knife or brushes.
• They can be used on any base suitable for oil painting: stretched canvas, paper, clay-coated paper, primed canvas, lauan panels, plywood, copper, iron or aluminum, glass and plexiglass.
• More absorbent surfaces will make the paint dry faster and leave a matte finish.
• When completely dry they can be varnished as you would with any oil paint.
• Palette of 91 colors that will give you the possibility to get an infinite range by mixing them. You can use Blender Sticks, with or without blotter, which do not contain pigment.
• The use of a cobalt blotter can affect the color, so it is better to work the colors on it after having placed it on the surface.
• They are also ideal for glazes and to increase transparency.
• Quantity: 38 ml.
