Damar matte varnish 082 Talens 250ml Composition: Damar resin, turpentine oil and matting agents (waxes and silicas). Provides long-lasting protection to oil paintings. The varnish should be applied when the paint is completely dry, which can take approximately one year for normal thickness coats. The varnish dries quickly, allowing the painting to be displayed without delay. It is important to re-varnish the paint every few years.  The varnish is thinned with white spirit and the brushes are cleaned with white spirit or turpentine. Dried varnish layers are removed with turpentine. Brand: Talens.
