Color Glued Pad for Pastel Pastelmat Nº7 Clairefontaine 24x30cm Pastelmat pads have a very thick premium cardboard. It contains cellulose fibers, which gives it a velvety finish and does not require a fixative in many cases. You can apply several layers, reduce the amount of dust released and the colors remain fresh and vibrant. They are water resistant, so wet techniques can be applied, such as watercolor or acrylics. Acid-free, light-resistant, it retains all its properties after erasing or getting it wet. PastelMat may arrive with some small stains or discoloration due to its manufacturing process. Talcum powder stains can be removed with a stiff brush or craft knife. Each sheet of the PastelMat pad is protected with a thin layer of glassine paper. The sheets are glued on the top.
