• Charbonnel extra heavy engraving oil is a product used to modify the viscosity of metal engraving ink.
• Unlike light oil, extra heavy oil is denser and gives the paint a thicker consistency. This can be useful for creating more pronounced textures or thicker layers of paint.
• It is important to note that Charbonnel heavy etching oil is used in combination with etching ink and should be added in small quantities to achieve the desired results. It is recommended to follow the manufacturer's instructions and test before application on a complete project.
• It is important to work in a well ventilated area and to use personal protective equipment as necessary when handling chemicals related to etching.
