The type of paint for this range of colors is satin acrylic, which is perfect for airbrushing.

Specially formulated for jointed models (Gundam/Mecha), it withstands constant handling, scratches, rubbing, and direct impacts on kit joints without flaking.

Airbrush Application Tips: Recommended working pressure: 15–20 PSI or 0.5–1 kg/cm².

Mecha Color can be applied straight from the bottle, but can also be thinned using Vallejo Airbrush Thinner or Flow Improver. And although this paint is designed for airbrushing, it also allows brush application for touch-ups or details.

The range is completed with specific primers and varnishes from the Mecha range to seal and protect layers.
