Carb'On is a black, solution-dyed Clairefontaine paper that is highly resistant to light.
Its fine grain allows it to withstand dry techniques: pencil drawing, marker, chalk, sanguine, pastel and pigmented marker; it also lends itself to highlights with white ink or gouache.
It has a double grain: one side has a very fine grain, while the other side is practically smooth and ideal for dry drawing techniques.
It is also very suitable for contrasts with white ink or gouache.
