Arches Velin black fine-grain drawing paper, 56 x 76 cm, 250 g/m²

• Manufactured using the round-making process (traditional method). The slow rotation of the cylinder allows for the even arrangement of the fibres and their distribution in all directions across the sheet.
• The paper is uniform and has excellent dimensional stability.
• During printing, it makes it easier to position the dampened sheet, and the paper withstands repeated passes through the press with ease.
• Only the cylinder-moulding process produces paper with paper-tails.
• Highly durable paper. The pleasure of using a delicate, flexible, refined material (with an incredible feel).
• Pronounced fine grain: ideal for academic drawing. It allows the artist to experiment with the surface and achieve relief effects. It erases easily without leaving traces or shedding fibres.
• Alkaline-reserved, acid-free.
• Suitable for: pencil, pastel, charcoal, sanguine, felt-tip pen, lithography, intaglio printing, relief printing, linocut, letterpress, screen printing, embossing, gilding, bookbinding and phototype.
• Grammage: 250g/m².
• Dimensions: 56 x 76 cm.
• Natural white colour. With rough edges on all four sides.
