Sennelier egg tempera 21 and 34ml

• From the Middle Ages to the Renaissance, artists largely used tempera because of how well the works were preserved over time.
• The tempera paint developed by Gustave Sennelier in 1895 is an emulsion of natural products, among which the egg is the main one.
• These colors are ground according to the "old method" with stone wheels respecting tradition. It gives rise to colors with incredible freshness and great luminosity. 
• They can be used on canvas, wood, cardboard and especially support previously covered with a lean preparation.
• Soluble and dilutable with water, as well as the cleaning of the utensils we use to work with them. Using additional brush soap will keep your brushes in good condition for longer.
• Semi-opaque, does not yellow and resists aging.
• They are waterproof once dry.
