Increases gloss, extends volume and thickens, while extending working time, or use as a collage adhesive.

What it does:

• Increases surface gloss, colour depth and transparency.
• Extends colour range without affecting acrylic stability.
• Gives heavy-bodied paint an oil-like colour brilliance.
• Increases the viscosity of soft-bodied paints, providing a thicker consistency.
• Delays drying time and improves the appearance of brush marks.
• Maintains paint adhesion, durability and archival quality.

How to use:

• Fully mixable with all Liquitex products.
• Mix with Gel Matte to create a custom satin gel.
• Can be thinned by adding up to 25% water; distilled water will give best results.
• Mix the desired amount into the acrylic colour to create the desired viscosity and transparency; the more you add, the more transparent your colour will become.
• Mix in Heavy Body Acrylic to extend volume and maintain viscosity.
• Mix in the Soft Body Acrylic or Acrylic Ink to extend the volume and thicken.
• It is semi-opaque when wet, but transparent when dry; if used too thickly, it may dry semi-opaque.
• Apply with a brush as a collage glue and fixative. How not to use it:
• Don't brush it vigorously, as this can result in a blurred or veiled appearance when dry.
• Do not use with any media not compatible with acrylics.
