Liquitex Additive Matting Gel Medium 473ml

• Gloss reduction: This gel is designed to reduce the gloss of acrylic colours in tubes or jars. If you wish to obtain a matt finish on your paints, this medium allows you to achieve that effect by mixing it with the colours.

• Heavy matte or semi-matt glazes: Gel Matte Medium is ideal for creating matte or semi-matt glazes. You can use it to apply transparent layers of colour over previously painted surfaces, producing a transparent and smooth matte effect on the work.

• Matt adhesive for collage and other materials: In addition to its use in painting, this gel also functions as a matt adhesive for collage and other materials. It provides a strong, matt adhesion, making it ideal for fixing elements to your artwork.

• Canvas applications: Medium Matte Gel is especially suitable for canvas applications. You can use it to modify the surface texture or to create matte effects on your acrylic paintings on canvas.
