Kaweco Liliput Kolibri Fountain Pen
Just like its namesake, the hummingbird, the Liliput Kolibri fountain pen glides smoothly across the paper.
As for its colour, the stainless steel barrel is as eye-catching as the brilliant and mesmerising plumage of the various species of hummingbirds. Its colour is due to the surface structure of its feathers, a phenomenon known as interference, where light is reflected. Drawing inspiration from this play of colours, the Liliput Kolibri from the Kaweco Collection derives its metallic sheen from a PVD coating – a process that produces a variety of unique colour combinations, making each pen a one-of-a-kind piece.
This exotic fountain pen is completed with a coloured nib, heat-treated with a laser to achieve an iridescent sheen.
Measuring just 9.7 cm when closed, 8.7 cm when open and 12.5 cm with the cap attached to the barrel, the Liliput is one of the smallest fountain pens in the world.
The pen comes with a Kaweco ink cartridge in the colour ‘Summer Purple’ as standard.
