Daler-Rowney Georgian Oil Poppy Oil Medium 75ml

• Daler-Rowney Georgian Oil Poppy Oil Purified Poppy Oil is a clear oil medium ideal for use with light colours as it is less likely to yellow compared to linseed oil, although it has a slower drying time.

• This medium enhances the gloss and fluidity of oil paints, but it is important to note that if used in too high a ratio, it can delay the complete drying of the paint.

• To use, simply mix the oil with the oil colours to the desired consistency.

• Oil paints, by their very nature, are incompatible with water, therefore, they require specific media, thinners and varnishes for their correct use, protection and cleaning.
