Caran d'Ache Box of 20 Luminance 6901 colured pencils

The most lightfast coloured pencils ever made.

Highly sought after by drawing masters across all creative sectors, the subtle velvety effect of the new permanent pencil derives from two years of technical research carried out in total secrecy at the heart of the Maison’s workshops.

Its delicate texture, together with the vibrancy of the many shades developed recently, opens new and exciting vistas in layering, mixed techniques and gradation.

Its extreme lightfastness is confirmed by the most rigorous tests, earning Luminance 6901 the best results and international ASTM D-6901 certification.

With Luminance 6901, Caran d’Ache has succeeded in designing the most lightfast coloured pencil.
