Sketching Barcelona

With only a sketchbook, a drawing pen, watercolours and a folding stool, Lapin shows the images and phenomena of everyday life in the city of Barcelona. Inspiration is everywhere, at all times of life in the city. In this visual diary of Barcelona, a valuable gift for urban sketchers and those with a passion for the Catalan capital, urban sketcher Lapin creates a graphic narrative of his metropolitan surroundings to communicate his profound and highly expressive personal vision of the city in old account books he finds in street markets. Lapin depicts the images and everyday phenomena of city life: busy streets, bustling cafés, iconic monuments, graffitied walls, crowded pavements.
