Neon Polish Cosmic Shimmer Absinthe Green Creative Expressions 50ml

Create brilliant neon paint effects on your scrapbooking projects.
A quick-drying, water-based medium with a creamy, foam-like consistency that glides effortlessly over a wide range of porous surfaces.
Each one features a built-in sponge for applying the medium, meaning you don’t need to worry about rinsing brushes and cloths every time you want to use a different colour.
Load a small amount of paint onto the sponge applicator and apply it directly to your project, or use it to highlight features.
Bright neon colours work best on lighter backgrounds.
Excellent for any porous surface
Clean the sponge before storing.
