A protein-based product obtained by grinding rabbit skins, water-soluble and with good adhesive properties.
Solutions based on pure rabbit glue can be used on any water-wettable substrate and are reversible.
Rabbit skin glue has a wide range of uses: from preparing surfaces for gilding to various ‘colletta’ formulations for the restoration of frescoes and paintings on canvas and panel.
Heat the container in a bain-marie until the solution is completely fluid, then apply. Do not heat above 60°C
