Vallejo Hobby Paint Spray

Perfect combination of base colour and colour with a high pigment concentration for application on metal, plastic or resin miniatures, with a perfect self-levelling matte finish. Our original and exclusive formula is specifically designed with the aim of respecting and highlighting even the smallest detail of models and miniatures.

The assortment of the Hobby Paint range includes 3 colours to apply as a base coat, 19 for fantasy, 5 for armoured vehicles and 4 for World War II infantry.

The entire range is designed so that there is a perfect equivalence with its corresponding colour from the Game Color ranges or Model Color, so that both painting techniques can be combined.

Each spray incorporates a plastic ring painted in the same colour as the spray for correct identification.

As well as 2 nozzles: Skinny Cap: a reduced output valve, especially recommended for fine lines and detail painting, and Pocket Cap: another with a medium output, especially recommended for painting thicker lines and larger surfaces. The low-pressure valves allow excellent spray flow control.

The range is complemented by 3 varnish options: gloss, matt and satin, which provide additional protection against wear and tear when handling miniatures, as well as a uniform overall finish.

Hobby Spray application and use tips:

1. Clean and degrease well the object to be painted. Shake the can vigorously for one minute after the sound of the mixing ball starts to be heard.
2. Paint with the container in a vertical position in quick and thin passes at a distance of about 10 in., drying for 5 minutes between coats.
3. At the end of painting, invert the can and spray for a few seconds in this position, until paint stops coming out of the nozzle, thus avoiding its obstruction.
