Daniel Smith Watercolour Base 118ml

• Daniel Smith Watercolour Base gives virtually any surface a new texture similar to cold-pressed watercolour paper.
• You can achieve the same distinctive, transparent qualities of watercolour on wood, metal, ceramic, plastic, glass, stone, plaster and more.
• This primer can also be used to add texture or cover defects.
• Apply directly from the container using a foam brush or synthetic brush for a more textured finish. For a smoother surface, apply very thin coats with a foam brush and allow to dry completely between coats.
• To allow the watercolour base to reach the correct degree of absorption, allow to dry and cure for at least 24 hours (depending on humidity) after the last coat.
• Compatible with mixed media.
• Excellent lightfastness.
• Coverage on Titanium White, Mars Black or Buff Titanium: 2 mm thick applications one 118ml bottle covers approximately 0.92 m².
